(not so) Exceptional SC files AMENDED tax return
To disclose Chad Connelly’s $45,200 payment after our inquiries.
#5. LATE TAX RETURN was Actually “Amended Return”: Well, it turns out the JULY 11, 2019 filed return … was actually an AMENDED RETURN.
Recall we started asking for a copy on June 4th, 2019. We were able to get a “DRAFT” copy … but we are still waiting for the actual filed returned. The (not so) Exceptional SC lawyer says the “draft” is the same as the filed return, but why can’t they find the return that was actually filed???
The “draft” return did not have Chad Connelly’s compensation … but the AMENDED return does have his $45,200 Compensation.
