The DOR & CPA Audit Report is out… and WOW!!!

We filed a formal complaint with the SC Secretary of State last year in an effort to get this CHARITY OVERSIGHT ORGANIZATION to DO ITS JOB!!!

Mark Hammond’s Office refused to do their job last year … they in fact “defended” and “protected” their personal friend CHAD CONNELLY …

… and it cost YOUR KIDS $275,406.

THIS DESERVES YOUR 100% ATTENTION!!!

We received the 6/30/2020 year-end Audit Report for (not so) Exceptional SC … so we have not had a chance to do a deep review … but upon first glance it does not look good.

The legal limit for administrative fees as set by S.C. Code Ann. § 12-6-3790(B)(4) is “The public charity may expend up to two percent of the fund for administration and related costs.“

That is a 2% legal maximum in fees.

So what did Chad Connelly, Tom Persons & the (not so) Exceptional SC Board charge? 11.94% in FEES!!!

Check my math friends!!!  Have your child check it for me!!!  It’s what, 4th grade level math???

I am a TAX ATTORNEY / CPA … always had pretty good math skills … worked for / advised billionaires in the past … but maybe I am missing something.  But I don’t think so!!!

MAD YET??? Folks, THIS HAS TO END SOMEWHERE!!! Is this enough evidence???
